Google trusts businesses that upload content. We perform regular uploads of job-site photos, injecting them with GPS metadata to prove to the algorithm exactly where you are working.
Google uses a technology called Cloud Vision API to "see" what is inside your images. If you use stock photos, Google knows. It ignores them.
However, if you upload a real photo from a job site, Google can identify the objects (e.g., "copper pipe," "wrench," "kitchen sink") and match them to your service categories.
More importantly, we inject EXIF Metadata (Latitude and Longitude coordinates) into the file structure of the image before uploading. This effectively "pins" your work to the map, proving to Google that you service the specific neighborhoods you claim to.
Raw Capture: You (or your techs) snap simple photos of the finished job.
Data Injection: We process the image, adding keywords and GPS data into the file header.
Signals Update: We upload to Google Updates, signaling the algorithm that you are "Open and Active" right now.
